The Mansions offer quality budget accommodation at affordable rates.
We endeavour to make your stay with us a pleasant one. 

  

CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

Maximum number of occupants - 1 for single room, 2 for double/twin room & 3 for triple room

Credit card details are required over the phone or fax to guarantee your reservation 

On check-in, you will be required to pay one week in advance

If after arrival, a guest chooses to check out early for whatever reason, the amount to be refunded is at the discretion of St Leonards Mansions 

AMENDMENTS TO DATES POLICY

Amendments are accepted based on availability and at the discretion of St Leonards Mansions

Amendments are not accepted within 48 hours prior to arrival 

CANCELLATION POLICY

For weekly stays, St Leonards Mansions reserves the right, in the event of cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival or "no show," to charge a cancellation fee of:
(b) one week accomodation for weekly stays

 

We accept cash, credit cards, EFTPOS and bank transfer
