The Mansions offer short and long term accommodation at affordable rates.
We endeavour to make your stay with us a pleasant one.

Nightly rates are en-suite rooms only and include complementary continental breakfast.

CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

No bond or deposit required

For daily & weekly stays, credit card details are required over the phone or fax to guarantee your reservation

On check-in, you will be required to pay the full amount (nightly stays) or one week in advance (weekly stays)

If after arrival, a guest chooses to check out early for whatever reason, the amount to be refunded is at the discretion of St Leonards Mansions

AMENDMENTS TO DATES POLICY

Amendments are accepted based on availability and at the discretion of St Leonards Mansions

Amendments are not accepted within 48 hours prior to arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY

St Leonards Mansions reserves the right, in the event of cancellation within 48 hours prior to arrival or "no show," to charge a cancellation fee of:
(a) one week accomodation for weekly stays
(b) one night accomodation for nightly stays

As a family owned hotel, we need to book most of our rooms to stay in business. When booking is confirmed with credit card, we no longer advertise the room as vacant and subsequently turn down all other enquiries. We do not have the capacity to overbook as do major hotels.

We accept cash, credit cards, EFTPOS and bank transfer
